Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya), Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) and others discover Ruby's true identity and discover a large amount of firearms and shabu. He tells Sahara (Takayuki Kanema), a member of the special investigation team, that the series of incidents was not the work of the Kyowa-kai and the Marukami-kai, and advises him to investigate the relationship behind the incident.
