Mika Manner is a successful rock star who performs in the biggest arenas in Europe's largest cities. He has achieved everything in life, fame and fortune, but despite this, an inexplicable longing gnaws at his heart. Mika comes into possession of a diary written in the summer of 1939 by a young woman named Minna, who was full of life and joy. Mika devours the text until it suddenly ends.
