Allana Williams is a Co-Producer and a Director of Production & Development at Marvel Studios. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Film, Cinema, and Video Studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, graduating in 2015. In the early stages of her career, she took on production assistant roles across various projects in film and reality television, including work with Hairless Films, Breaker Films, New Chapter Entertainment, Mad Old Nut Productions, Moondog: The Viking of 6th Avenue, Hotel Hell, and the feature Stronger (2017). During 2017, she served as a post-production assistant on the AMC series The Walking Dead (2010–2022). She shortly thereafter joined Marvel Studios in early 2017 as a Post-Production Assistant on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017). She transitioned into post-production assisting on Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018). Then she took on the role of Post-Production Coordinator for Captain Marvel (2019). In early 2018, Allana Williams officially joined Marvel Studios as a Post‑Production Coordinator, a position she held through March 2019. She then advanced to Production & Development roles at Marvel in the Greater Los Angeles and Burbank areas from August 2019 onward. As Manager, Production & Development between August 2019 and September 2021, she played a key part in overseeing development pipelines for major MCU productions. In September 2021, she was promoted to Director, Production & Development, a role she continues to hold at Marvel Studios in Burbank, California, as of the present, marking over four years at that level and a total tenure of more than six years at the company. She served as Co‑Executive Producer on Marvel Studios' television miniseries Secret Invasion (2023), and then Co-Produced Thunderbolts* (2025).
