Cláudio Cesar Guimarães Petraglia (São Paulo, January 20, 1930 — Rio de Janeiro, March 31, 2021) was a Brazilian musician, composer, conductor, actor, screenwriter, novelist and producer. He was one of the founders of TV Cultura in São Paulo and TV Bandeirantes in Rio. He was also CEO of the Cine and Video Communication Center located at Estúdio Oscarito.
